FAQ

Heritage Farm homes will require a main living area of 1600 square feet or larger and the home must include a basement.

Outbuildings will be allowed, but the front of the outbuilding must match the front of the home.

Driveways must be concrete or asphalt all the way to the street. (No gravel)

Homes must be traditionally built. No “Barndominiums”, “Shop-House”, “Shouse” or Log Homes.
